	CJ Coffee Born and raised in Portland, CJ has been a part of The Well since its inception in 2000. He currently serves as one of the pastor/elders and his responsibilities include teaching/ preaching and coordinating what The Well is doing globally. Before pastoring vocationally, CJ worked in the non-profit sector both locally and abroad. 	Eric Davis I was born here in Portland Oregon and am proud to call our fair city home. I am also proud to call The Well Church my home, having been here since it’s inception in 2000. My previous church experience lasted 40 years and I praise God for each and every year with a family of believers who nurtured me in the Lord from a very young age. The Lord called me to church leadership in my early twenties and that call is still very fresh on my life as I do what I can to serve here at The Well. I continue to be humbled by the meaning of Jesus words….” You did not choose Me, but I chose you to go and bear much fruit…” Wherever I am, whether working in the specialty food industry or serving here at The Well, I pray I would bear much fruit for His honor and glory. I could not serve in the capacity that I do without the love and support of Annabelle, my partner in life and wife since 1984. 	Jeff Petersen Jeff was born and raised in Eastern Oregon. He graduated from high school in Burns, Oregon, and went on to earn a BS in Surveying from OIT, and a BS in Biology from Colorado Christian University. In 1980 he married Joanne and they celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary the summer of 2010. They have two grown daughters, both living in the Portland area. Jeff has had a relationship with Christ since he was 12 years old, when a visiting Pastor knocked on the door of their family home and introduced the family to Jesus. He enjoys running for relaxation, and through the years has run 15 marathons. Currently, Jeff shares a business with his brother, Petersen Brothers Contracting, and is licensed as a general contractor. Jeff has an avid interest and passion in the Word of God. He is serving as Elder (of marriage and family) at The Well, and has taught Bible studies and a Marriage class. He is excited to be a part of The Well and is looking forward to working with his brothers and sisters in Christ to further the Gospel message, in his own life, and in the lives of others.
