On Our Way To The Other Side
By Jim Windedahl - (A man who struggled with Parkinson's, but whose faith in triumphed in God)

Forboding Sky
Relentless wind
And the roar of the turbulent tide
As powers protest
The heavenly quest
On our way to the other side

Forsaken not
Our course is set
With the Spirit of God as our guide
And storms cannot stand
Against His command
On our way to the other side

Tears may endure
Throughout the night
Still the dawining will not be denied
And the joy will come
With each morning sun
Through the One in Whose love we abide
On our way to the other side

Life is joyless without the beautiful gift of outward expression; for it is sharing joy that makes it complete. Even grief and sorrow are better borne when shouldered together. The most splendid idea is fruitless until it is shared. This is what makes communication such a marvelous gift from God. From speech and song, to storytelling and social commentary, to poetry and parable, God has given us a powerful means of expressing ourselves as humans and reflecting Him as God. We invite you to share your own creative expressions and reflections by adding them to this living library.
