We believe God divinely brings people to The Well and joins them to our church community for His sovereign purpose and glory. Each person comes uniquely created and redeemed by God with beautiful gifts for the building of His church in Christ. And so begins a passionate journey of faith in living, sharing, and proclaiming the Gospel.

The Well is not an organization, filled with hierarchical levels of power and rank. Nor is it a 90 minute appointment every Sunday to come and watch paid professionals entertain the faithful. It is much more than that. It is a movement. A mission. A living organism of believers in Christ who seek to love Him and each other wholeheartedly as we pursue God's glory on earth through the Gospel of Jesus. The Start is where you begin. It is a two-part mandatory class for all new members that lays out what we believe, what we are doing, and where we are going.
