Welcome to The Well
The Well is an urban community church that meets at the old, historic Mt Olivet church building on Sunday mornings for worship. Community groups meet throughout the week in various locations for study and fellowship. We invite you to come experience God’s grace with us.
This is our monthly ministry to those in the Portland metro area living with HIV/AIDS. If your community group is looking for ways to serve, It’s a great opportunity to sign-up to help as a group. This month there is a need for about 4-5 volunteers.
Friday, March 2nd at 7:00pm is our next Women's Pie and Prayer in the Well Basement. We will gather to eat pie (or one of it's relatives) and pray together as women. For questions, contact Jill Rector via email (below), or via phone (503-913-3966).
Sunday, March 4th, from 7 to 9 p.m. is Hot Topics with Alexa & Amy! This time it will be at Tiffany Coffee's Home. This is our FINAL Hot Topics! Come join us as we discuss current issues (hot topics) in the world from a female Christian perspective. All women, thoughts and opinions are welcome. This is our last Hot Topics, so if you haven't had a chance to come before, NOW is your (final) chance!
If you’re looking into a camp for your kids this summer, Trout Creek Bible Camp is where a lot of the Well families have found a great fit. Registration is currently open and spots fill up quickly. If you’d like to coordinate dates with other Well families, now’s the time. The Well Facebook Group is great resource to reach out and coordinate. For middle schoolers at Trout Creek, we recommend going July 30th - August 4th. Current 8th graders and High Schoolers can look forward to another great week at ETV Camp, which will be July 29th - August 4th. Registration for ETV is not yet open, but save the date.
Christ called us to love one another and be devoted to one another just as He loved us. At the Well, we desire to live out Christ-centered community that is authentic and holistic, encompassing every facet of our lives.
